i have iconart ... and if there is an icon program that makes animated stuff thats similar to iconart and is able to save things a .gif ... plz tell me and give me the link (whether its really free or just a free trial)

i use iconlover for icons i think its one of the best things to use for icons u can save it as anything. but to save it as anything you would like you would have to file-->export instead of save or save as. It has a 30 day trial but its really good i recommend it
