huh.gif Lately, I have been more self conscious about my thighs because they are rather large for my body frame. So I got really curious and looked at a height-wieght chart. I am like 5 to 10 lbs overweight! I think I know where all that is! yawn.gif So.... does anyone have any ideas on how I can lose the weight on my thighs?

run, run, run. i lost inches off of my entire body from running everyday, and completly cutting out soda, candy, chips etc. from my diet, and trust me it works. i lost a lot of weight just from doing that, and the best part about it is people actually notice the improvement. go for it and good luck _smile.gif
