which state do you think has the highest crime percentage? Remember there's no right or wrong answer..ur educated opinion..
 i think its georgia because there they have a lot of criminals and poor places..and some places in georgia are known as the "dirty south" and i believe there are "gangsters" and "mobs" there who commit a lot of crimes..i live here in north jersey..and everything's fine..

Yeah, New York does have a high crime rate. Why? I think because it has alot of people, popular city, etc... You know.
