In all honesty, I get jealous easily, but I'm not one to express it. I'm not controlling, in the least. I won't tell my significant other what he can and cannot do, who he can and cannot associate with. But I can't help it when I feel pangs of jealousy when other people hit on him, when others tell him how attractive he is. Sure, they might be joking and shit, but I still get jealous. (Wouldn't you?) Despite how much he assures me, how much I tell myself they're joking, it still gets to me. And I hate it.
How about you? Do you get jealous easily? How do you get over it? |

Worst scenario: 2 years ago. I was going out with this guy and was getting EXTREMELY jealous because he was flirting like crazy with this one girl.. Who just happened to have the same name as me [not cool.] Anyways, eventually I found out that he LIKED her and she liked him too. I gave him a second chance.. But it just wasn't the same the same. So suggestions on how to deal? Just breath. Remind yourself he is with YOU. So it must means he likes you. Keep saying that over and over. |
