Lately, I have been more self conscious about my thighs because they are rather large for my body frame. So I got really curious and looked at a height-wieght chart. I am like 5 to 10 lbs overweight! I think I know where all that is! So.... does anyone have any ideas on how I can lose the weight on my thighs?
