if your friend plans on doing it again, it wont hurt as much becuz there is no longer a barrier there to be broken.
as for you, join any sports team that involves a lot of stretching that targets your lower half so that it stretches out your hymen or whatever. that way, when you do intercourse for the first time, you'll less likely to bleed and experience any pain |
