this came up today....
sum guy called me chinese.... when im VIET! its really annoying when other ethnics call all asians *chinese* i know sum of us are.... BUT NOT ALL!!! if u dont know... then juss call us an *asian* not CHINESE! i juss wanted to get that out.... b4 i went crazy

I am Chinese.. but the strange thing is that I once was called Korean (which I DON'T look Korean lol. It would be cool if i did
 ) by a group of Mexican girls. I don't have anything against Mexicans (but some can be pretty rude SOME...), but those girls randomly came up to me and said, "what are you, Korean? hahahha!" They laughed. As if it was a joke. I mean, I told them I was Chinese and Vietnamese and walked away. They just kept on laughing. Was that just some lame joke?! >_<"The fact that people say "you're Chinese!" as if it was at the tip of their tongue... it's messed up. *sigh* but I mean, they just don't know... But mabye in the future they will.. God point, Nick, and Seon Ho. ^_^ |
