Browser shouldn't be a problem--PHP files are rendered as HTML server-side and sent as text/html, so any browser capable of viewing HTML files (all of them) should be able to view PHP files.
Now, if the user is trying to view PHP files locally (i.e. from a file on his/her hard drive), that is not possible unless the user has properly-configured web server software (such as Microsoft IIS with PHP support). |
