the answer is either half full or half empty and it cant be both.
 i always thought the glass can be half empty, because its not filled up to its potential or as high as it can go. but then i realized that a glass is made empty, and that if anything is in it, then its filled. so my opinion is half full.  i dont really see how this has much to do if you're a pessimist or not, but just wat do you think? half full, not just because i want to be optimistic, but if you think about it, it has to be half full because with nothing in it it's empty, meaning that when water is added its half full. i guess it works the empty way too. it was full and then it was drank out of making it half empty.
