mp3 players, not iPods Options

anybody have any other kind of mp3 player bsides an iPod i have an iPod mini and an iRiver player

I'm not saying iPods are bad. I was just never really given the time to use one. So I don't really know it's functionality. It is a sleek looking device, and it seems to be smaller than other harddrive based MP3 Players. I don't think it truly matters what everyone else has. Probably the only thing I don't like (now that I know you can make playlists "on the fly") is that you have to use iTunes. Recently I found you can download music from other programs and upload them into iTunes, but that's a whole extra step you have to do. I personally use Napster (I may go to the new Yahoo music store thing unless they plan to keep it where all you can is WMA files), so I still have to pay, but just having an extra program to install would be a pain. I mean, sure I had to install a creative labs program, but I don't have to upload the songs to the program then to the MP3 player. That's probably the only thing I don't like. The touch wheel is a cool idea, but if you want one, why not just get the Creative Labs Zen Touch? It's an MP3 player with a 20gig hard drive and it has a touch bar. I find that easier because in order to scroll through all your artists you just drag your finger down and hold it on the touch screen instead of having to have your finger go around in circles. Once again, I'm not saying iPods are bad, I just haven't really seen them in action.
