i dont think you're referring to the right noodles ... buckwheat is the BROWNISH colored ones ..with like dark brown/black specks.. used for like MOH MEEL GOOK SOO
the clear ones are used for like NENG-MYUN, MOOL NENG MYUN, JAHP CHAE, etc. ...i forgot what it's called. |
