well i saw this one link on one of the topics.. and i forgot what the link was called. it was about like your body.. it had like some excersiing tips and stuff.. and theres this one that i really remember.. it shows you how long it takes for you to burn something depending on waht you eat. yeaah and i'll be happy if someone can give me the link.. i remember the site is like blue and the link had the word "teen" in it.. thanx anybody!!

hmm you know what would be a good idea? USE THE FRIGGIN SEARCH BUTTON instead of getting other people to do it for you.
