Does anybody know any good/popular Chinese pop & rock artists/bands?
I'm a fan of Dir en grey, Linkin Park, Evanescence, System of a Down, The Cure, HIM, and Outkast.... Can anybody help?  Thank you!

First person that popped in my mind is Jay Chou. He is just a music prodigy, great composer and singer. Must listen to him ^^ He and David Tao are great Taiwanese musicians
Then there are vetran artists in Hong Kong like.. Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Leon Lai, and Aaron Kwok. I'm becoming a fan of Janice, who is Filipino and Korean but sings Cantonese, she has a great voice and is tolerable, I really like her song "Big Brother". Sammi Cheng, Eason Chan, Julian Cheng, Wilfred Lau, Steven Zhao, Nic Tse, and Joey Yung are also great singers. :) |
