Placing this code in my xanga?

Could someone please tell me how to place this skin code into my xanga, i believe it needs to be broken up and placed under the two different categorys but i'm not quite sure. Thanks a bunch..oh yes here is the code:

Where the "</head>" is, that's where you should put the Custom Header Stuff. Everything else should be in Website Stats...usually. Did you get that off of this site? blink.gif
