when i was a baby, my dad was killed... now, being older, it's hard to look back and recall things about him, not knowing anything about him...and even with supporting people and friends and a good life, i still cant help but think about what it would have been like if something in the past had been different. you think that adults are capable of handling things [wiith some exceptions] and handle their emotions, but deep inside, do you ever wonder if they still feel like you do? today, we might think as younger people that we have tough lives. but if our parents actually shared all of their feelings and hardships with us, that it might be almost the same as ours?

Aw.. I'm sorry to hear that. But your mom or any other close adults probably feel the same way. If they haven;'t said anything it's only because as an adult they're supposed to be strong for YOU. But you should bring it up to them.. Maybe they want to reminisce about your dad too.
