If you want to look like you have bigger eyes, etc., then when you put your eyeliner on, put it outside your eye not along the inside. For example, you could put it by your bottom eye lashes and along the top of your top eye lashes. I've learned that it isn't good to wear eyeliner on the inside part of your eyelid because it clogs the pores that produce the oils that your eye needs to keep moist. That's why if you do, your constantly having to put more eyeliner on because it fades away. It can also clog your tear duct if you but it to far towards the corner of your eye.
