is there anybody body out there who will code a website template for me example:
1) I give you an image to use as a layout 2) You convert it into an html code 3) Yoe have yo know how to make expanding drop-down menus like the ones currently on my site for an eexample click the link in my sig |

^ yea there are no programs that will code for you but there are some that will help.
- Macromedia Dreamweaver mx . - Microsoft Frontpage those two will help no program will code for you. |
