iPOD MINI PROBLEM.

My goshforeshaken screen won't turn on. When I plug it into the computer, my computer doesn't detect it. Is the battery dead? I friggen bought the thing on April 26th [TWO months.. sorry. I thought it was June lol]

I'm going on a 20 hour car ride tomorrow morning and I won't have any entertainment whatsoever.

I am extremely irritable.

Try resetting it:
  1. First, make sure the hold switch is off. If it is not, flip it to off, and turn the iPod on.
  2. If the iPod still doesn't respond, toggle the hold switch on, then off again.
  3. Plug the iPod into a power adapter, and plug the power adapter into a wall.
  4. Reset the iPod by pressing and holding the Menu and Select buttons for at least 6 seconds; the Apple logo should appear.
  5. Let the iPod Mini restart, then plug it into your computer again.

Oh wow...I guess the Minis don't come with AC adapters anymore.

Well, follow those steps, but don't worry about pluggin in the AC adapter, that's not really that necessary anyway.
