acutally coffee tends to make you look like u have curcles under your eyes. Try eyeliner on the oudie edges of your eyelids, and white or pastel color on the inside of your lids. Dont line the bottom inside rim for you eye either. Line right below it, and only the outermost edge. Also, try using a lot of mascara. The longer and more spread out your lashes (notice is said spread out, not clumped) the brighter your eyes look.
