3 Timez a day ...1st thing in the monring...get home from school do both hand till 50 ...then the same when i go to sleep.....first i start it with the lil 1 about 20 pound...haha now the 25 ...that pic like prety naught..cause i kidda put some baby oli on it hahahahaha
