Fat Stomach, how do i tone it down? |

well, im a pretty skinny kid but my stomach like protrudes from my body
 its not that big, but i'd just like to know if any1 has anytips on how to tone it down. i dont need tips on how to get a six pack, just flatten it a little. hmm, well i guess i eat toooo many sweets, and too much food. k if anyone could please give any great excercises plz do so. i searched for a flat stomach one, but i couldnt find it. all i saw were stuff for abs. if there is a topic, i'd greatly appreciate it if some one could post the forum, and any mods could close the topic. |

exercise, eat less, and suck your stomach in (that's what my mom tells me to do, even though im skinny)
