i've searched the forum and i don't think this topic already exists...
in exactly two weeks from now, on july 16th, harry potter and the half-blood prince comes out. i was just wondering if anyone was going to any of the release parties or planning on doing anything interesting for it. i'll be away at camp on the 16th  , but that day happens to be my sister's bday, so i'm just gonna give her some money to buy it as her present and wait for her to finish it then read it myself.  what are you planning on doing??? |

I get off work at 9pm that night. After that, I will be going to Borders, which is 2 minutes away, and joining my friends for our 'harry potter party.' since I reserved mine, I will pick it up at midnight and read the whole night. How exciting
