thick stripes Options

how do you make thick stripes like this on photoshop

here's an easy way.
open a new image, about --------------- that big (sorry but i cant measure right now)
then make 3 straight lines through it, in what ever direction you wish. fill them in.
then when you add the tiny pic to your lay out
make sure the background area looks like this

that should make the little img with lines look like stripes
