adding letters to Razor, cell phone upgrade? |

In the Scandinavian countries, there are 3 letters that are sometimes seen, but don't really exist in English. They are an o with a line through it, an a with a tiny o above, and the ae together.
I have a new Razor V3, and these letters don't exist presently. Is there any way to download them and add them??? I used to have a "low-tech" Nokia, that had all the variations of "foreign" letters....but not this high-tech wunderfone! james

I don't know how to solve your problem since I don't even have a cellphone but I have a feeling this should be Technology.
