i have psp 8 and im following a tutorial and it says to go to edit-->stroke. i cant find it. how can i get to stroke my design?

.... Simple solution? Make a new document, 1 pixel bigger on every side, and copy-paste your image.
Make a new layer now, place it behind the original one, and fill with any color you wish. |
