help !!, banner wont show upp Options

but it wont show up when i make everything in my backround white, like

how can i get it to work on my first page?

i pasted it in the about me section
the weird thing is tho that i works on my tester one
just not on my normal one im makingg
so maybe theres a code that i used to get rid of something else and its blocking it maybe?
