wierd custom friend list, i donno Options

alright..what i am trying to do is this.....i am trying to put all of my friends into a special marquee after i have disabled comments and friends on the front. I want to have it where i have a box...and the friends are marqee'ing up...but all of the friends. And i cant figure out how to do it where it would automatically add a friend, or take one away, and so on. I want it where if they change their display name and picture, it changes the display name and picture in the box just like it would on the normal page. I know there has to be a way to do it..but i cant figure it out. could ya help meh?

ok..its not custom...i just want to move it into the marquee box. The exact same thing as on the regular profile EXCEPT move it into the marquee box & display all of the friends at one time.
