I've been so busy lately that I haven't been doing any graphics in a while... so I'm trying to get myself back into it. SOO, just a simple photo manipulation that I thought was kind of cute

Aww, it's actually not a brush
 it's a picture frame on PSP... so it won't work for photoshop. I think I may have seen a scotch tape tutorial somewhere though... I'll look for it...
