Please don't close this because this will really help dogs out. A lot of people still chain up dogs outside...365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day for the rest of their lives. The owners sometimes forget to feed/get water for them which disables them from eating and drinking and the dogs are really suffering from this. Chain dogs have absolutely no freedom at all and they are simply just chained up, this is why we need to speak up! Print this flier out and hang them all around your town and other places. yeah it is wrong... and those who asked about illegal and all.. it is in some places, not everywhere. like for me it wasnt before but then they made it a law here (in my county). so yeah.
