Please don't close this because this will really help dogs out. A lot of people still chain up dogs outside...365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day for the rest of their lives. The owners sometimes forget to feed/get water for them which disables them from eating and drinking and the dogs are really suffering from this. Chain dogs have absolutely no freedom at all and they are simply just chained up, this is why we need to speak up! Print this flier out and hang them all around your town and other places. Yeah that's very sad. I don't think dogs should be chained up outside like that. There's no place for them to go...and its like they're trapped. I would never that.
