So summing up what everyone said, it's painless or painful depending on what girl the guy "operates" on. Some bleed and some do not. What causes the bleeding is the man tearing the skin called "hymen". Some people can tear it before sex and then it'll be less painful during actual intercourse. It also depends on the mood; whether you're nervous or excited. QUESTION ANSWERED.
