Dogs Deserve Better Options

Please don't close this because this will really help dogs out. A lot of people still chain up dogs outside...365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day for the rest of their lives. The owners sometimes forget to feed/get water for them which disables them from eating and drinking and the dogs are really suffering from this. Chain dogs have absolutely no freedom at all and they are simply just chained up, this is why we need to speak up! Print this flier out and hang them all around your town and other places. if the police catch you doing that, they can force you to take your dog inside (or give him a doghouse or something) and fine you. if you refuse they can confinscate your dog.

That only helps a little, though... o.o They can still starve the dog or maybe abuse it inside.

They should just take those kind of dogs to the Humane Society and fine the owners...
