I found a picture I liked of France from gettyimages, and decided to play around with it. Lots of layers and textures among other things, andddd I came out with this. I thought I'd share.

Oooh, that's pretty! I like it
 But..it is kinda plain..maybe add some brushes? Still though, it's good!
