im so slow on things thats okay though. but did you guys know that eating salad after every meal could actually slim you down. my mother's friend tries this everyday. she could eat like 3 pizzas or something a day and after she'd eat a salad and she lost like 20 lbs while everyone's trying their own diet. would you guys try it? i mean salade isnt that bad. just but some salad dressing, chicken & some crutons =) yum. err i dont think i need a diet though lol.

![]() //EDIT Actually, I think you would only lose weight if you eat the salad before every meal, because, that way, you get filled up faster before dinner or lunch or whatever, and salad doesn't have many calories. Do you get what I mean? lol ^_^ I could be wrong, though... EDIT\\ |
