Repeating Image for Border of blog |

A while ago I saw a skin where it had only two images- the header as the main image on the top, and under it was a 800 x 15-20 pixel image that repeated that looked something like this-
|_________________|______________________________________________| (Ignore the "_"'s, as those were just used to put space between the lines. But anyway, that repeated so it formed a long line down to the bottom of the page and the blog and info box was inside that. I know this is a really vague explanation, but does anyone know the code I am talking about? |

..... Like..... Um.... Can I see that skin? Or something that looks like it? I think you just.... Repeat it vertically as the background.
