What if i have my perod and blood starts coming through my pants? abd i have no sweatshirt, ketchup, extra pants or anything red to cover it? What will i do??!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Gawd. That happened to me and I walked ALL the way down the hall with blood on my pants until I realized it was soaking through (it got on the chair -__-). And my goddamn idiot teacher wouldn't let me go to the restroom. Luckily I had a sweatshirt to cover it up. If you think you're going to start your period soon... 1) Bring extra pads! Don't be embarrassed. They might come in handy although the first day of your period should be pretty light. 2) Bring a sweatshirt to wrap around your waist and cover your bottom if blood does seep through. 3) Bring an extra pair of pants for the same reason as #2. 4) If you have a teacher you feel close with, tell her you're on your period so she'll excuse you if you need to go to the restroom for it. 5) Go to the nurse if you've forgotten to bring a pad or use the dispensers. 6) ALWAYS wear panty liners a few days before you think your period is going to start.
