is there a way to make a navigation box?, instead of having it at the top. Options

i just wanted to know if i could have a navigation box instead of having the links at the top of my xanga. Like on her xanga:click here. well thanks for reading this! hope you can help! i'd really appreciate it!

i did everything it said to do but it still doesn't work for me. maybe its my browser or something. i edited it to my liking and when i previewed it it just comes up as text.
