I've looked in the big book of resources, and I went to some sites to see if they had tutorials on how to make these type of backgrounds but I didn't find any. Does anyone know how to make backgrounds like this?

They have most of the same filters.
You have High-pass, posterize, Gaussian Blur, Motion Blur, Invert and Threshold, Mezzotint.... But I'm not sure which exact ones carry over. So.... You can't put two gradients on the same layer? o.O I though you could. |
