need help with layout Options

i made a layout for my friend it's perfect and all but there is a text change. the text change is that every other entry she makes or every other comments she gets it become small and in italics then large and normal text. her xangaher layout:

Tell her to re-do the entry without any HTML in it. Her entrys are really screwed up in the source. =/
