how do you make it all 3D-ish for the font and the person??? i have photoshop

All the effects are under Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options.
Try using a stroke (as alvin_ward said) and also Bevel and Emboss. .:edit:. On the person, there is also a color overlay. Those are all the effects I can see that are used on the person and text. |
