I just downloaded Jasc photoshop program thingy...
and im trying to make my own sigs and skins...the problem is when i look through tutorials to make them, they always mention the "marquee tool" that lets me resize pics and stuff like that... only problem is...I DONT KNOW WHERE THE THING IS!!!! urgh...I'm such a noob.... HELP MEH PLEASE!! |

its paint shop pro if its from jasc. the marquee tool is also i think the selection tool.
