well i just got wireless internet about a month or 2 ago but first it was working ok but everytime someone got on the phone i got disconnect but when i got disconnected my computer wouldnt restart on its own , now it restarts on its one everytime i get disconnected and a blue screen comes up saying something about ar5ll iono something like that , . grr its annoying and iono what to do and i called the company before they dont do sh**.
any suggestions? |

She does not need phone filters she is on Wireless, did you not read. She is on wireless. If you don't HAVE dsl and your using DSL filters your interfering with the slot that they use for DSL users, you having a DSL filter on a line without the DSL singles coming in is just about useless. and well it is the ISP's fault because its with the internet, they are obligated to come and look at it. Call them and explain to them that you keep getting disconnected, that's what happens. They should come out and take a look at all the connections and such for you, if not you have a shitty ISP.
