Life-like feelings, Maybe real? Options

Well, I always forget to make this topic, but here it is now. Anyways, ever had a thought or dream that you thought or felt real? I'm not talking about how you felt you were actually flying and almost died, but like a REAL feeling that you felt happened in life.

My thought was when I was playing with my dad's razor. I was little then. Probably like 3 or 4. My dad wanted my sister to go and get something I think in the bathroom, I followed her in. I got my dads razor and just started to shave the top of my hand. Then, all of the sudden, my hand started to turn like all red vesseley and I just started to stare. I don't remember anything else after looking at it.

i always have the same dream

im at my house and im just in my room then my gay paretns come in and start yelling at me then i hit my stepdad

i yell a lot and i get hurt then all this other crazy stuff happens

but i also have a lot of deppressing dreams like the kinds where u see someone that u love in real life and when ur in the dream u can actually talk to them but when u wake up u realize that it'll never happen

i hate those kind of dreams

i also hate it when i see other people die in my dreams
