i searched for a topic and couldn't find anything, but if i missed a similar topic mods feel free to close :)
i'm thinking about trying japanese straightening. it would be so much easier for my hair during the summer when i go travelling and stuff since my hair is crazy at times. i was wondering if it is still possible to curl your hair after it's been straightened. not like a perm or something that extreme. but in july i'm a bridesmaid for my cousin's wedding and i need my hair to be curled. is it still possible to do so after it's been straightened? any advice or thoughts are much appreciated :) |

yes i think the correct term in English is JAPANESE tHERMAL reconditioning ...i'm korean, so we call it Magic straight... i've done it 4 times so far ..(the last time i got it done was in january of '04)... i am not planning on getting it done again... AT THE MOMENT ..it's good for your hair. ..but afterwards ..it starts to fry and you have to keep gettting it over and over again.. unless your hair is not naturally coarse/curlye (like me)
