dude have printshop 12,paint,and microsoft word..do u think i can make a banner?cuz ive been trying to 4 ever and no one ever helps me!so if u no how PLEASE tell me i really want to make my own instead of copying peoples..THANKS SO MUCH

I would definitely try to acquire (download, buy, jack from a friend or whatever you like
 ) a copy of Paint Shop Pro 8 or PhotoShop 7/8. Those are my favorite programs and they work great. Just don't skimp on the tutorials.
