New Diet.. Scientifically proved to work basically you eat everyyythinngg you want one day and then you dont eat *anything* the next day and you continue the pattern and by a few weeks you will lose weight but the study proves that even if you lose weight youll probaly lose friends because youll be grumpy* who wouldnt *
So , would you try it just to lose a few pounds? Me, I wouldnt be able too .. -Emmalie |

It doesn't really seem healthy.
![]() I think you should just stick to regular meals with vegetables, meat, and follow teh Food Pyramid. You should always maintain and balance your diet, not chug down so much food the first day, and eat nothing the next day. |
