CRAZY script problem, problems same script acting differently Options

hello

ok i have come across a very 'out of it' problem... i have 2 xanga sites... one form my posts, and one to test scripts and layouts on (so i dont screw over my normal one)

now i made a layout on one xanga... copyed the script and pasted it in to the other one... and they dont look the same... i have spent over 4 hours trying to sort out the problem and i cant figure it out... can some one PLEASE help me

my 'test' xanga is http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=mytest2005
thats what i want it to look like
my 'normal xanga is http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=hitchy_m_nz

(also if you go to comments in both of them there are differences there as well)... can any one help?
has anyone ever had problems like this before?

ok the page setting you talked about... are they the Page Width & Alignment at the top of the look & feel section?
if they are then they make no difference to my site for some reason... it was on 100% center before i changed it to 50% center and saved it... then i viewed it and i was the same... no change at all

if the page setting you talked about are not the Page Width & Alignment can you please say where they are?
