okay so im not an open person..i dont like speaking my feelings..like u no? i just dont like opening up and explaining to everyone whats rong..and all of a sudden my best friends of like 5 yrs r all of sudden making me feel bad..they keep telling me i need to open up..but thats just not mee..and they keep putting me down..and i tell them nothingss rong cuz there is nothing rong..but they dont understand that..so if u get any of this ..plz HELP! thanks

Just tell them you'll open up eventually and to give you some time.
Tell them it brings you down when they say stuff like that. If they're good friends, they'll stop.. |
