ya, i'm a newbie. i knew nth about gif animation nor about how to make an icon.
i wanna make an icon, just like what you guys do. could you tell me which programme you guys are using, and what technique do i need? thanks. |

I make my icons with image ready, but most people don't because they say it's hard. You can use Animation Shop to make animated icons.. Just go to download.com and type in Animation Shop 3.
