Someone please move this to Relationships.
Well, you can't really blame your friends... Lets think about this in another perspective: One of your friends are suddenly very unhappy one day. You're very worried about her and ask her what's wrong. However, she refuses to answer and continues to act depressed around everyone. When people ask, she just shakes her head and looks away. There is nothing anyone can do to make her feel better, not even you - her best friend for years. How do you feel? Rejected? From this perspective, you might feel as though she doesn't trust you with her secrets. But, she tells you it's because she's less open. What else can you say? Sooo.. i think you should at least talk to your friends a bit. You don't have to tell them everything; just make them feel like they know what's going on. (TIP: DO NOT LIE.) |
